True vows to uphold the human rights of all our stakeholders: our customers, employees and the persons working within our supply chain. The major focus areas are health, safety, and labor rights. All our suppliers must agree to our standards and conduct self-assessment on environmental, social and governance principles. We also conduct audits by third party auditors of our most significant suppliers.
We expect all our suppliers to meet very high standards across multiple dimensions, such as environmental impact, worker safety, human rights, and anti-corruption practices. We assess all our vendors and even follow up with inspections at vendors where we see a high level of ESG risks.

Health & Safety
The two major safety risks for True’s employees are work-related travel and working at heights to install telecommunications equipment. We conduct training for our own employees but also work closely with our suppliers. In addition to training, we review safety procedures and equipment during our audits.
Supply Chain
Beyond health and safety, we look at our supply chain from broader environmental, social and governance perspectives. We have conducted training for our suppliers on the Science Based Targets Initiative to aid them in achieving carbon neutrality by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2050. Furthermore, we ensure that our partners are in full compliance with our data security and privacy standards.
